How Do I know that the Order is Confirmed ?

You will get and Email/SMS/Whatsapp on Order Confirmation.Please contact us at [email protected] or whatsapp on 8460483878 in case you don’t.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We generally ship all order between 4-5 working days.Actual delivery time will vary based on delivery location.

We ship out all our Order from Multiple Warehouses.

Tracking numbers will be sent on Whatsapp within 24-36 Hours after your order has been SHIPPED.

Can I get a Same Day/Express Delivery ?

Unfortunately we are not providing express/same day delivery as of now.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

In case of unsatisfactory product quality ,the customer can have the product replaced/refunded. However, the customer will have to self-ship the product and all the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.Only Product cost will be entitled for refund i.e shipping charges are non refundable.Please Include/mention all details name, order number & phone number on the returned parcels. (Refund Is Subject To Approval)

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact us via Email or Phone to find a resolution.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us on whatsapp on +91-8460483878. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
