Easy Returns
We ensure that the products ordered reach you in proper condition and we take stringent checks to make sure about that.However there is a remote possibility that while processing the orders, minor errors might occur and there may be a slight possibility of the following ;
- The product may be damaged during transit
- An incorrect item has been shipped to you
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
The Following shall be applied in any of the above cases:-
In case you receive an incorrect item ( different that what was been shown on the website ) or the article has been damaged in transit ,please contact us by email , whatsapp within 48 hours of receipt of the product and email the packaging and product photos to verify the credentials on the below email id.We will give you a solution within 2 working days.
For a return to be eligible exchange in case incorrect article or a damaged article has been shipped, below checks must be followed;
– An Unboxing Video is required to claim refund/ exchange in case of damaged articles
-Product Packaging , Labels & Tags must not be tampered with
-Product must be in perfect condition
-Once you have requested for a exchange the product will be collected within 7 working days
-Exchange will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality.
– The Customer will have a choice to take replacement of same or any other product of same price.
Note:
In case of unsatisfactory product quality ,the customer can have the product replaced/refunded. However, the customer will have to self-ship the product and all the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.Only Product cost will be entitled for refund i.e shipping charges are non refundable.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns for Custom Order or Bulk Orders.
Gift cards & Vouchers are non returnable
Books, Colouring Books , Activity Books etc with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD,Video Games that has been opened cannot be returned
Some health and personal care items where personal hygiene is a part cannot be returned.
Only regular priced items may be refunded/returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned.
REFUNDS ( If Applicable )
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The Giftsy reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so.The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order will be made in a reasonable time.
If We receive a cancellation request before the order has been processed , we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel the order that have been partially of fully processed.The Write Stuff reserves the right to decide whether the order has been partially or fully processed and you agree not to dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
